KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

We had the most amazing experience at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot! From start to finish, everything was incredible. The service was amazing — our server Liv went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was so friendly, attentive, and truly made our night special. (She definitely deserves a raise) We ordered both the BBQ and the hot pot, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were so good, and it was such a fun experience cooking everything at the table. You can really taste the quality in the food. We will definitely be back — this is officially our favorite Korean BBQ spot now!

What an amazing place. You literally get to enjoy fresh food that you can cook yourself that is all you can eat. We were big fans of another Hotpot joint in town, but this place is way better. More options on the menu and buffet plus free deserts what a plus. Our NEW favorite hotpot joint. We had a fantastic waitress Cam who was very respectful and was on top of our orders. FIVE STARS

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! First time coming for thanksgiving and was super excited we chose this place! Anita was an amazing waitress/ bartender! She explained everything thoroughly and walked us through the process and we had sooooo many questions! If you want excellent food and drinks stop by grab a table and ask for Anita (she makes a great old fashioned ) 10/10 definitely coming back!!

Our first time at this KPOT location and it was a great first experience. Host stand staff was friendly as you could want and Joshna took wonderful care of us! Very attentive, friendly and good humored! We did KBBQ and hot pot. I ordered the tomato soup base, my usual and theirs was one of the best I’ve had from a hot pot restaurant. Great variety of food options here! We will be back!

First time trying this spot for lunch. It wasn’t too busy, so we got seated right away. The concept is fun. You order straight from a tablet, and the staff brings your selections out for you to cook at the grill in front of you. Unfortunately, the service was a bit lacking. Our waiter didn’t come by often to swap out the grill or offer water refills, and even when other employees passed by, no one checked in to see if we needed anything. The food itself was fine, but pacing is key here alternate between meats and veggies so you don’t get overwhelmed. And if you’ve got a sensitive stomach, maybe skip the carbonated drinks unless you want to leave feeling extra bloated.
