Kovener's Korner Ice Cream - Columbus

Rating based on the icecreams, I got the rocky road that’s mixed in with nuts and little bit of marshmallows. Wish the ice cream itself didn’t come in so much with nuts but it might vary depending on the batch they make. I imagined the ice cream to be creamy but it’s nothing special but it’s very thick texture, could barely scoop any bite. Fortunately the environment was clean and chill staff workers. The staff that served me ice cream gave me plenty ice cream in a median size cup. I didn’t use the bathroom but I was told the bathroom is clean and unisex used. If I were to come back I’m going to try their avai bowls! They also serve smoothies and it’s quite thick texture so it was hard to drink out of the straw

This place is an absolute gem! I'm glad to finally see them in Columbus!⭐️ It was a fast and easy ordering process, and it was easy to check out. They ask for your name and call you up once its ready. The ice cream was very tasty, and both had plentiful toppings/mix ins. It was very cute and had a clean and cozy atmosphere with the greens and cute lights! Easy parking. There is plenty of seating inside and some outside as well. We will be coming back and bringing friends and family with us!

Skipped the ten plus minute wait at the downtown ice cream parlor and decided to try Kovener’s and very glad we did. Had the Avalanche with cheese cake bites and chocolate syrup. Delicious. Better than a blizzard or a concrete mixer from other places. Prices are very reasonable and service is super friendly and very fast. Nice place, give it a try.

It was clean. The staff were very pleasant. Portions were generous. The ice cream was mediocre. My cookies and cream was more like ice milk than cream - it didn’t have a smooth, creamy texture. My wife’s strawberry sundae was made with some kind of gooey strawberry mixture (like a cheap pie filling) that did have strawberry in it, but simple, fresh strawberries would have made it so much better.

Great little spot to cool off and get a sweet treat. Prices are very fair for what you get. Been waiting for an ice cream shop on this side of town forever. Great ice cream and shakes. Whish they had a mocha or some kind of coffee flavored shake though. But still really good.
