Jersey Mike's Subs

My fiance and I went tonight and tried different cheese steak sandwiches out. They were perfect. Everything was cooked/prepared to perfection. It was still hot when we got home 20 mins later as well. 10/10 We were welcomed with friendly faces and attitudes. They made sure to make it easy with the menu up above and someone answering any question you'd have when you order. We are very happy we had dinner from here tonight and will have many more. Recently visited this store. Tommy asked me about my day, flawless service, and then I ate the best Club Supreme #9 I’ve had in recent memory. I told him that, I’ve been having JM since the 90s as a kid growing up in NJ, and not all of them do it to that high of a standard. I’m not joking. Deserves a review.

I have never had Jersey Mike's. My boyfriend has. So we decided that it was my time too try. Well. We definitely regret it now. My boyfriend and I haven't stopped vomiting, going to the restroom. I'm 100% sure we got food poisoning from this location. It was the only thing we had yesterday. Now we are suffering. Something needs to be changed about whatever is going on there. I have worked in the food industry for almost all of my life. At least 10 years. I am very aware that food poisoning is preventable. So something is up. We called our doctor, he stated that it is exactly what it sounds like. Our vomit is nothing but the contents of the sandwich.

Stopped into Jersey Mike’s today and they were clearly running behind and struggling to keep up with demand. They initially accidentally gave my sub to someone else, but they happily remade it for me in a timely manner. As an east coast girl myself, I can confidently say this was the BEST cheesesteak I’ve had in the entire Midwest! If you want to do it right, sub extra provolone out for the American and add lettuce, tomato and mayo! You won’t regret it! Now back to the service- even though they were clearly getting their butts kicked, everyone, especially Patrick, was unbelievably kind, welcoming and warm to each guest! Great job guys! Please be patient with this crew as they work out the “just opening kinks” because these guys are great and I have no doubt me, and my whole family will be

The sandwiches and service were great. They are a bit more expensive than Subway, but the meat is sliced in front of you, so it's fresher. They have less toppings than Subway, but what they do have looks fresher. My wife and I had two regular subs with chips and drinks, which was $30. I would suggest they tone down the music or tell the staff to talk louder and slower-for the senior customers.
