I don’t like to say anything bad about anyone. I hope what I say will help this business. I came to the back door and rang the bell. After a minute a gentleman came to the door and asked me why was I using the handicapped door. Well maybe because I’m handicapped. He then told me I’d have to wait outside because he was busy. Sir this could have been handled so much better. How do you stay in business being so rude? Needless to say I went to another notary who kindly helped me in less than five minutes. Thank you, Mary Lou at Deer Lake Auto.

Called ahead to schedule notary services was told will be there til 5 - I drove an hour to meet person for vehicle, pulled up to kotch at 3:53 to find a closed sign on the door. Dont waste your time here! I knew I should have listened to all the negative reviews about this place. Shame!

Quick, easy, and cheap services. He was nice and let me quick run to an atm down the street to pay him.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Kotch Notary. I called ahead to get an appointment and was rushed off the phone when I attempted to ask a question about temporary tags. Upon showing up for my appointment I was told they do not issue temporary tags for out of state transit. I attempted to reiterate that I had called ahead and asked however the man I was dealing with was extremely dismissive, once again. This delayed my day and return home as I then had to drive 25 minutes each way to a business that could take care of the temporary tags. It isn't worth the hassle, just find another business that won't rush you off the phone. I should have taken that as a sign.
