An unprofessional business. After confirming twice they did not show and when asked. ‘They forgot’. Leaving an event full of people without the promised food. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED.
Very not nice people, would cooperate when asking them to move a truck off a private property.
First of all! I tried reaching them to talk to them and explain to them what I would like to get the ice cream truck for for my camp that I run and he kept sending me to voicemail wanting me to text him only! The day that the ice cream truck was suppose to come #1 he was a half hour late which delayed the whole schedule. And #2 he just drove away with a big attitude!!! He should be embarrassed for the way he behaved! I do not recommend them at all!!!!
Made reservations, got a confirmation. Had a bunch of children and adults waiting at a birthday party. Truck never showed up. Customer service nonexistent
