Went up to Liberty NY, to do some fishing. Found this little gem when I was looking for bbq.. I tell you, this place hit the spot. The ribs are unbelievable. The ribs, the chicken… fall off the bone.. if I’m ever in that area again.. better believe, I’m stopping by.

We had the Sampler Dinner for 4, and it was nothing short of outstanding. Every bite, from the fire-slow-roasted fall off the bone ribs to the tender pulled pork, rich with deep, smoky flavor. You can taste the care and craft in the cook. Honestly, it outshines the Smoke Joint in Livingston Manor which is saying a lot. A hidden gem worth the stop.

If you're nearby, you have to visit CHICK E RIBS BBQ! We had an amazing experience — the ribs were absolutely delicious, juicy, and packed with flavor. We also tried the pork nachos, and they were out of this world — every bite was better than the last! The service from Shawn and Christina was outstanding; they make you feel right at home with their warmth and passion for what they do. Definitely a place worth visiting again. Highly recommended!

Cute family-owned place offering absolutely fantastic BBQ!! Everything was tasty but brisket, onion rings and fries were next level! We would definitely go back. Tip: call them and order in advance. It is a small place and cooking can be a bit slow when busy.

Came here after a visit to Woodstock. We were the last few customers to enter and did get the last rack ribs. They tasted good but were dry, again the end of the Day. The brisket was tasty but the start of the show was the fried chicken 🍗. The sides were just sides no stand out. All in all a good stop.
