Really bad customer service, never answer my e mail's,no helpful.

I purchased a Sakae drum kit in August of 2023 I did my first head change in April of 2024 at that time I noticed a problem with my floor Tom I brought the drum directly to KORG in Melville where I was met by Bryan Griffiths, although he was not in customer service he took care of the whole process of getting the drum replaced. He was so professional and made the experience a very positive one. Very happy with my drum kit, Bryan and KORG USA. Thank you

Placed an order, paid in full and recieved confirmation. 4 days later, without explanation, a call or even an email they cancelled my order. When I called the number, the agent said they made a miscalculation in their inventory and said he was going to make it right and guaranteed to call me tomorrow with a remedy. I doubt he does. I will update the review accordingly.

I bought korg pa 5x in February in 6 months my keyboard turned off and never turned on . I sent it to service center since 2 months. They said CPU need replacement . They don't the replacement part and no ETA for parts.

Do Not deal with this company. I ordered $500 of product for my small mom and pop store six months ago. Without notification nor approval Korg just charged my credit card for part of the order that they just received. Six Months ago the order was placed! November 2017. A heads up notification would have been the business standard. maybe, an apology. this is not the first time i have had problems with Korg and vox. as expected their salesman sent me a snarky reply in an attempt to put me in my place. I am waiting for the sales manager to return my call. I am discontinuing my business relationship with this company. They must be desperate for sales.
