The only purpose of this review is to tell you to go with the açaí bowl, and not the shave ice. I went twice and tried each, and while the shave ice was good, it wasn’t spectacular or worth the price. The açaí bowl on the other hand was worth every penny. Nice toppings and generous portions!
🍧shave ice isn't served til 11 🫐🍌🍓Kona Wave Bowl 🍌🥜🐒 Monkey Bowl perfect on a beautiful Kona day. Refreshing, filling, flavorful and cool. 🍧Update: waited til 11 to get a shave ice. Gecko Girlz shave ice is better. Better flavors and their butter mochi is 🔥
We had some nice acai bowls for lunch one day and they were surprisingly filling. The flavors of the fruit and granola work well with the acai. Great alternative to a lot of heavy brunch food and this one was tasty.
It’s a welcomed suit finding this cafe on the scenic walk thru the water front and shopping district. The staff was very patient with the group and fast working on the line. The Açaí bowls are fresh and full of delicious flavors. Also the frappe’s were yummy too 😋 thanks to the staff for saving us from the heat. PS the outdoor seating was chill

I ordered a custom Acai bowl with banana, strawberry, peanut butter, granola, and chia seeds. The Acai itself was bomb — fresh, cold, and full of flavor. The strawberries were sweet, the peanut butter was creamy and rich, and the granola gave it a nice crunch. Overall, the bowl looked beautiful and tasted refreshing. A couple of things could make it even better: the banana portion was tiny (barely five tiny slices), and the chia seeds were just raw on top instead of soaked, which made them a bit odd to eat.
