Koi Sushi

Very much worth getting the AYCE option. The fish was so fresh and clean in flavor. They also have little beef ribs that are very tender and flavorful. The staff is so polite and friendly that the treat you like a long time customer. I'm from the west valley and its well worth the drive. I've already recommended them to friends and family.

We have a new sushi place! Love the food and upbeat atmosphere. Our server was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Location is a bit ticked away, but well worth it and right off the freeway. Very clean and plenty of accessible seating!

We just had dinner at Koi Sushi and had an amazing experience! Jaeden was our server and he was fantastic. He was super attentive, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. He checked on us several times throughout our meal which we really appreciated. The sushi was amazing also, and the service was remarkably fast. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a lovely experience. Couldn't tell it was a soft opening. The service was great, timely food delivery to the table. Sushi is delicious! We had Nigiri, Dragon Roll, seaweed salad, all superb! Tried the sweet potato roll. So interesting! The presentation was delightful! Definitely will be back.

I just ate at Koi Sushi and Giavellla was our server. The manager mentioned she is new, but you would never know it. She was amazing, checked on us throughout the meal, and knew the menu really well. The food was incredible, super fresh, and everything we ordered (and it was a lot) was delicious. Since it was a soft opening, we were able to take home a big amount of leftovers, which was a nice bonus. The manager also stopped by our table, which we appreciated. I do not usually leave reviews, but we genuinely enjoyed everything about tonight and wanted others to know this place is worth checking out.
