KOBE Steak & Sushi

My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner while we are traveling to Glacier. I ordered the Volcano sushi roll and a spicy tuna, and my husband got the filet mignon. Unfortunately they brought my husband's food out 10 minutes before they brought mine out. There was no apology about the wait. The sushi was very beautiful and tasty, hence the 3 stars, but my husband's filet mignon was medium well/well done (unevenly cooked) when he asked for it medium. Overall, the service was very mediocre and the food was okay. Honestly wouldn't recommend it for the price.

The food was delicious and the tableside chef was a real performer!! He's great with kids.

It is a great experience. The scallops were delicious, tender and seasoned perfectly. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the octopus was very tough,as was the slices of squid. The service was top notch and the Teppen chef was outstanding. If you're looking for a good Japanese restaurant in Kalispell, Montana this is the one to go to. I will certainly go back. I dined in but also ordered a to go dinner. I was there at lunchtime. I also had a Cloud Sake.

The server guy dumped the food like it was for a pig. I wish I had one in my household to give it to. Such a waste of money and food.

Portions were ridiculously small for everything. My glass of Cabernet was only filled about halfway. I added a fork to the photos for scale. My vegetable tempura was cooked well, but I pretty much got one of each type of veggie and no more. The tuna roll was smaller than the dinky ones you can buy at the grocery store. The grilled shrimp entree was good, but nothing special. The side salad was watery and minimal at best. We left hungry.
