I never leave reviews… so for me to make this, something must be bad. I always drive by this place and have wanted to try it so I gave it a shot today. I ordered a thanksgiving sandwich and an Italian sub. We waited 25 minutes for terrible subs. The Italian we order wasn’t even toasted and had a hair in it and the thanksgiving sandwich looked like slop and smelt funny. I looked back to see what the sandwich was advertised to look like and it looked nothing like it… we couldn’t get ourselves to take a bite of these sandwiches. Will NEVER come back. Edit* I will NOT remove my review. I ordered take out so I grabbed my food and trusted everything was good and went home. If that is what the thanksgiving sub is supposed to look like… change the recipe because it looks EXTREMELY unappetizing. T

Gyro meat was breaded and fried, there was no tzatziki sauce in my gyro. Unheard of gyro meat was so weird. Buffalo chicken sandwich looked and tasted like a frozen chicken Pattie that was fried with the French fries together. Such a waste of my money. Definitely did not find a good sandwich shop in town.

Here’s a polished 5‑star review you can use: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Jade at Knuckle Sandwich Shop is absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, she made the experience feel welcoming and effortless. Her energy is upbeat, her service is fast and attentive, and she genuinely cares about making sure every customer leaves happy. On top of that, she knows the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations. The food was amazing, but Jade’s hospitality is what made the visit unforgettable. Knuckle Sandwich Shop is lucky to have her!

Save your money! I bought 3 sandwiches and it cost $48. I got the thanksgiving sandwich which was supposed to have cranberries and stuffing and they literally only pur meat and a teensy bit of gravy! 4 kids working there and somehow it took almost 30 min and half my sandwich is missing. The macaroni salad is a joke. Basically noodles and no flavor. We will never go back!

This was amazing! Just mind blowing taste. Have visited 2 times had the meatball sub first go around and the Knuckle Sandwich this time. Great taste. Would recommend over a large chain any day. Good job to the crew at Knuckle Sandwich..
