The shaved ice is amazing but the attitude of the young staff is disgusting. That's what happens when you hire literal children to operate your business for you, big mistake. You will lose a ton of business at the hand of your incompetent employees that love to give dirty looks and roll their eyes at paying customers.
I have gone in many times and I love it every single time !! Maddie and Ashley are my favorite workers. They always have a smile on their face and great attitude. Keep it up girls !!
I arrived at 9:20 pm on Thursday 12/18. I walked inside and waited for someone to take my order for almost 10 mins. They were focusing on togo orders which i understand. I finally order, i sit to eat my ice cream i waited for, then the young lady proceeds to tell my wife and i oh the dining room is closed can you guys get up an eat outside. Keep in mind we were in the middle of eating and THE SIGN IN THE DOOR SAYS THEY CLOSE AT 10PM. Normally this location is good put this was a disappointing visit, not sure if we will return to this location. @Jeremiah
We normally come here once a week if not more and the last time we came after Christmas shopping and as we were eating our ice cream one of the girls came out and told us to sit outside they were closing. We checked the hours and we still had 30+ mins before closing ... We were very upset as it was raining and even tho there was seats outside most of them were wet. The employees wanted to mop and clean over a paying customer... Multiple people came after us and tried to go into and the doors were locked ... It ruined our night after dinner.
Jeremiah's Italian Ice was a welcomed treat. We're on vacation from Washington, DC & my bestie is showing us around her hometown & this place is 1 of her favorite ice cream spots. I can see why! I made my own ice cream creation. I had P-Nutty, Sea Salt Caramel Italian Ice flavors mixed with the Chocolate / Vanilla Swirl Ice Cream, topped with Butter Cookie & Oreo Crumbles. Worth It!! 😋😋😋 This place is a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Star Italian Ice shop.
