Absolutely awesome aesthetic and of course you’ll love the smell! Freshly roasted beans and lots of options. The staff was very friendly and very helpful! Great product! Def Recommend if you’re looking for freshly roasted beans!

Warning: once you try their coffee, you will never go back to any others! Friendly service, local roaster with fresh batches every Friday. They have several blends from different regions as well as custom blends. Black Bear blend is my absolute favorite(tons of flavor without being bitter, no acidity, and great crema)--give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Alex and his team go above and beyond to support the businesses they serve — always responsive, always reliable, and always committed to doing things right. Alex even went out of his way to come down to the roastery at around 8pm on a Thursday night to correct an order that had been messed up. Consistently excellent coffee. I travel often to Michigan, and frequently bring with me several bags for friends and family who are now loyal customers. They roast daily, and so you'll always get the freshest beans here. Tons of options and evolving menu too, so you can always try something new!

Thought I’d try out a different roaster since I got tired of paying so much for little 12oz bags, got the 2lb Black Bear blend on a whim and I’ve got to say this is probably the best espresso I’ve had. I love the notes, exactly what I was looking for, freshly roasted and I don’t have to go out and buy bags so often now for twice the cost. And they’re right about the crema, check the photos. Glad to have such an awesome place here in Knoxville. Thank you!
