810/21: I had to transfer a vehicle title, and a few other things. Time to receive service: 5 Stars. I went at 2:00 p.m., an off peak time. Walked right in. Service: 5 Stars. I received the kind and professional service you expect in a small town. Shout out to MARY !!! Mary was friendly, professional, and exceeded my expectations. Need to post hours for holidays, who close for New Years for 2 extra days. Our tax dollars well spent for the employees to have extra time off for New Years, sad. Very disappointed.

Beyond horrible service. The employees seem to think that they can close early even though their business hours say otherwise. Work the current business hours that you have posted or change them. And to the sweet but clueless lady that tried to correct me just to be proven wrong, dony try to correct anyone if you don't know what you're even talking about. Thanks for wasting my time.

Called early on Saturday that lady was very nice and helped everything she could do ran to get there met 2 lady's and the more they talked I new my business there was over don't talk down to people that's not nice because you have some job title there are no big I and little you s the way I live my life so happy to pay all this taxes in this small town wouder how all of the tax money is spent look at London and then look at barbourville at least we have Thomson park

It was easy to get in pay my taxes and get out. Easy to find. The people helped me fast.
