•Love their ramen! Perfect when I had it for lunch on a very cold snowstorm weather. •Delicious noodles, just the right firmness. I would love extra meat though. The chicken strips are too few for my liking. Spice level is just right! •Staff are nice, attentive and quick to serve. •Clean dining area.

Overall, the food here is pretty good. The flavors are nice, and the fried chicken is actually quite good — crispy and well-seasoned. The only thing is that the portions are a bit on the smaller side, so you might not feel completely full from one bowl. Still, it’s a pleasant spot for a simple, tasty meal, especially if you’re in the outlet.

Very very light flavor but not bland. The flavors are hidden notes. It has some complexity to it. I added garlic thus giving it slightly more complexity to it. The texture is perfect. The eggs, the wood ears, the meat, the bamboos, are perfect. The noodles are decent too, but you have to try them before they get soggy. The original broth is light flavor, not too rich or creamy, and leaves a good pork fragrance but not aftertastes. Strangely it’s not greasy and does not leave after taste. My complaint is originally I was expecting to enjoy the view of the hills outside while enjoying this ramen. But the shoppers who came to dine here, and workers who came during their break time etc.. First of all, ramen looks good and much better than it tastes. For $20 I wish it had more than just two slices of meat (kids menu has only one). The egg was good, the noodles were bland. The broth barely had any taste. Gyozas were okay but more because of the sauce. However, our daughter enjoyed her kids meal. That said, I’m not sure that $90 (including tip) was worth it. Next time we’d try another food place in the area

I found two hairs in my bowl on the very first bite, and when I reported it to the staff and asked for a refund, they didn’t seem happy about it at all. They refunded only the ramen and still charged me for the fries, Coke, and four tiny dumplings. Honestly, if a customer found hair in their food, a full refund should be the bare minimum. The way they handled the situation made it clear they’re not concerned about customer care. Probably because they rely on heavy tourist traffic rather than returning customers. If you’re reading this, I recommend choosing another place. Not just because of the hair, but because of the lack of hospitality and the way the situation was handled.
