Jewel of the Sea/ Victoria's Market

Nice little specialty grocery shop with deli and variety of fresh seafood. Well organized and clean. Tried some of their prepared foods which were pretty good. Will probably visit again to try some other items. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

I have mixed feelings about Jewel... Firstly, I tried calling to make sure they had what i wanted in the seafood dept but no one picked up, i guess it was a busy day, so I drove down. It's got a quaint farm-like storefront which got me excited but it wasn't as quaint upon entering, lol. Seafood dept was what i was looking for, and there was a large variety so 5 stars there. Nelson who assisted me is friendly, service oriented and super helpful. I was looking for blue crabs, which wasn't available in the front seafood case so he went looking in the back. He came back with a dozen for a decent price and I had them steamed for also a fair price. Jewel is fortunate to have good staff like Nelson. What I wasn't aware was he also seasoned them for me (i believe cajun style), which was not what

If you are looking for something, this place probably has it! Stocked to the max with the usuals and the unusuals. I find it convenient, quite easy to shop and the prices are fair. Everything I get is always fresh and the fruit is always outstanding. I don’t eat fish, but if I did I would come here. It’s quite amazing how much stuff they have. It covers basically everything I need. The hours are very convenient and the parking is easy. The deli workers are so nice. I have zero complaints.

LOVEEEE THIS PLACE!!! They have the BEST SEAFOOD SALAD EVERRRR!!! 💖 I bought 2 pounds 😂😂~💪🏻💖~ I keep it in the fridge for quick, easy delish lunch for the week!! LOTS of options here! FRESH FISH! Prepared foods!! I go here often! DEF RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been ordering seafood from jewel for years for the holidays to cook at home. When I went to place my order I was told they were changing policy to only 1/2 trays but accepted my order. Upon pickup, the food was all cooked at 10am. Why would you want cooked fish at 10am and when I said I wanted it raw they refused to accommodate and the containers leaked all over my car. Never again
