King Claw - Juicy Seafood & Bar

This was my first time here and I have to say that it was way too 🧂. I did not send it back. I just ate it. My server was excellent though.

The food was lacking seasoning and the manager made assumptions on how many people was in our party as well as when we were done ordering. Didn't ask if we wanted to order dessert and just brought us the check while we were still eating. As we were leaving the manager took the tip off the table instead of our waitress.

The food was really good! Oysters and gator bites were on point! The peachrita was delicious ! I had 2! Our server Austin was awesome! He was very attentive even though it was was busy and they had large parties! It’s expensive but that’s to be expected! Ughhh I hate when I go back again and the service has depleted! Why did my waitress bring me “already squeezed” lemons for my water? And then, when I brought it to her attention, she did not apologize and had an attitude the rest of the time. The service was slow to start and the food was salty even though I asked for the very mild spice level. Sadly, I won’t be back again. (I added a picture of the squeezed lemon the waitress brought versus the fresh lemons the greeter brought when I said something about it)

Bri was excellent!!! The food was excellent!!! Perfect experience from stay to finish! She made sure my whole family of 14 was taken care of, and exceeded our expectations!

Our visit to Claw was a mixed experience, marked by both highs and lows. While there were some commendable aspects, several factors contributed to an overall uneasy atmosphere. One of the main issues was the slow service. Despite not being overly busy, the wait time for our meal was longer than expected, which was frustrating and set a negative tone for the evening. When the food did arrive, we found that the snow crabs were overcooked, making them tough and difficult to enjoy. However, Claw did have its redeeming qualities.
