I ordered a Boba drink off DoorDash and it was sent to me without proper safety precautions. No safety tape nor sticker. That is very dangerous, unsanitary, and very unacceptable. Then the dasher had the nerves to send me a picture with it sitting on her bare lap. Won’t be ordering from them again! Not to mention I pulled a long brownish dark hair out of it. Trash it went. The safety measures start with the restaurant, not the dasher.

First time here and it didn't disappoint! Staff was so patient with me and very friendly. It was clean and simple place to grab a treat. I enjoyed my visit and will come through again when I return to Albany!

I love this place. My kids and grands went here for a late evening treat. Customer service was top tier. Young lady greeted us as we came in with a smile and even went through helping us to decide what to get. We went looking for a particular item which they were sold out but she also made sure to let us know when she would expect the product back in stock. I definitely will be going back soon.
