Customer Reviews
Absolutely love this place. The food is consistently incredible with bold flavors and perfectly cooked dishes. You can tell real care goes into everything they serve. Huge shoutout to Jayden and America. Both were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made the experience even better. Service like that really stands out and keeps people coming back. It is not the easiest location for me to get to with the traffic, but I still make the trip because the food is that good. I would love to see more locations open in Midtown and Buckhead. The demand would absolutely be there. Keep doing what you are doing. This place is special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As a Korean, I think Kimchi Red has some of the best Korean fried chicken in Georgia! This Forum location seems to target more American and non-Korean customers, so some favorites like the Mala fried chicken and fish cake in the tteokbokki menu aren’t available. That said, the staff is extremely friendly, and I love the open, food-court-style setup — you can even try food from other spots at the same time. Perfect for couples, families, or just a casual meal!
The fried chicken was freshly fried and had a good crunch, but the flavors were just ok. The buldak ramen flavor didn’t have much seasoning on the chicken itself, just a lump of ramen on top. The other flavors were ok as well, but underwhelming. The japchae was ok as well. I would recommend their other location over this one. Overall, decent fried chicken however not sure if I’d come again.
The young man at the register was very patient while I stood there trying to figure out what the heck to order. The bulgogi was okay, but appreciated it coming with rice and japchae and kimche. Drink was extra. Went on a Tues night so it was casual and quiet.
Inside the Forum food hall, tucked in the corner is this Korean Fried Chicken spot. Yes sounds like a dime a dozen but the flavors and the tenderness of each piece makes this chicken stand out. Juicy meat, crispy outside and tossed with just the right marinade. Had the soy garlic and it hit the spot. I was attracted to their bold statement being “Nation’s #1 Fried Chicken” and I have to say I can’t think of one better at the moment.
