Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

They have a wide variety of ice cream flavors and chocolates. Chocolates a piece for $1.5 is too expensive. I mean Laderach swiss chocolates are $3 a piece. These are nowhere close. The ice creams are not softee but hard ice creams. Ice creams were good.

I visited this ice cream shop and loved it. The ice cream has delicious flavors, and the scoop size is generous—much bigger than I expected! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy. I definitely recommend it and will return to try more flavors.

Always an amazing experience. Every time I’d visit the city of Newport, I’d always stop by this Kilwin’s Ice Cream location and it never disappointed. There are a variety of flavors of ice cream, fudge, and candy apples for many customers to enjoy. The place is also extremely kid-friendly and some items are perfectly suitable for vegetarians! Staff are very friendly and a tall man who might be the owner, for I have no idea whether or not he is, but he is a very jolly and humorous person! I would highly recommend the Newport Mud flavor…. In shake form! 🍦🥤 rich, creamy, delightful, anything you’d want in an ice cream or shake! Delicious and will always come back.

I stopped in a couple of times while vacationing in the area to get my ice cream "fix". I absolutely loved this place. They have such a great selection of ice cream flavors and at a reasonable price. They also sell fudge, popcorn, and an assortment of candies, which can be pretty costly, depending on what you are getting. The shop itself is very clean and organized and the staff is very fast and helpful. My only complaint would be is, I wish there was a location closer to where I live cause this chain is awesome, and I would be in here all the time!

Kilwins is a great candy/ice cream spot on Thames street in Newport. They have a large selection of all kinds of sweet treats. I would recommend getting the Carmel covered or chocolate covered marshmallows. They are made in the store and they are delicious!
