Kikis Chinese Food

I am a little late with this review, but the restaurant was so good I want others to know. Last Monday I had a craving for Chinese. Fortunately for me my usual place was closed. After a search, I stopped here at Kiki's. When I walked in to place my to go order, the gentleman behind the counter promptly greeted me and took my order. I waited in one of the booths admiring how warm and quaint the place was. The food was as delicious on the second day as the first. That is a mark of a great Chinese restaurant. Highly recommend!

Beware. Yikes. I had high hopes because I had heard this was -such- good Chinese food, and I know they've been there forever...so after traveling back home and after a long day, we ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and the Beef Lo Mein, and a large portion of each. While it seems like a pretty hefty container, both had only about 6 pieces of protein right at the top, and the rest was simply noodles/rice. The Lo Mein was okay flavor wise, but the fried rice was NOT fried rice and was simply white rice soaked in soy sauce. It was pretty awful. We would not be back. There must be better options locally. For $25, this wasn't it. Beware.

I ordered Lo Mein, fried rice, and 4 egg rolls online. The Lo Mein and rice were burnt and left a bad burnt aftertaste. The rice was noticeable burnt. The noodles were not but tasted it. Egg rolls were good. Delivery was fast and when they said it would be.

Was excited by the reviews about this place but I’ll never know if the food is good because I never got it. I put the order in through their website and went about my business. A little over an hour later I had no update about my order so I called the restaurant. After putting me on hold he came back to tell me to come pick up my order in 15 minutes. I asked him to clarify since I ordered delivery over an hour ago. He gave the phone to someone else who told me to come pick it up in 15 minutes. When I asked for a refund they did the thing where they pretended my phone line was breaking up and then hung up on me.
