Kickback Catering & Vending

Recently they did a catering from my company XPO and I have to say that the food was phenomenal!!!!! While all the food very tasty the green beans were the hit of this party!!! Savory but with a hint of sweetness….. I ate several helpings of them, they were very addicting.

This team was wonderful to work with for catering a small business holiday party. The food was delicious and the delivery to the site was perfect. I appreciated how easy this team was to work with!

This place was so good I got the cheese burger very well made gooey with cheese juicy and crispy bun the lady at the counter everyone calling Squirrel was so delightful kind and patient with me it was my first time here and I will be coming back.

Staff were super friendly and the food was great. Salad was huge and greens tasted very fresh. Raspberry vinaigrette was yum.

Derek and his staff catered our wedding with a taco bar and appetizers. To start with, Derek was so nice and easy to work with throughout the whole planning process. He offered us a tasting of what we wanted him to prepare at no cost. He reached out numerous times with quick responses to questions and any changes to the plan. The food on the day of our wedding was amazing! So many of our guests and other vendors complimented Derek and his staff on how great they thought the taco bar was. The appetizers consisted of tortilla chips, salsa, nacho cheese and black bean and corn relish. The taco bar was so elaborate and every detail was perfect. We loved the honey lime chicken and all the variety of toppings Derek supplied for the tacos. We highly recommend Derek and his staff at Kickback Ca
