KFC

Going to KFC drive thru. I start to order and the cashier said we don't have chicken. They did not try to talk to me. Just no chicken. I just left and will not be back. Just a bunch of kids with no planning and no customer Service skills.

This was literally the worst experience I've ever had I got the 8 piece nugget combo and I didn't get my sauce, the nuggets were literally so bad and genuinely cold and I could genuinely count 7 fries. On top of all that, the employees were mean and didn't care that I was missing something. #what the hell man😞

All the staff over here, meanwhile. However, they are severely shortstaffed, and the right hand does not know what the left-hand is doing. It is actually kind of scary. The lines along and the people before us are just the drive-through people coming back to ask for missing items. Management is not able to train the new employees properly. Lobby is extremely cold and we requested them to turn the heat up because it was freezing in the middle of December. They must have had some theft break-ins and so the bathrooms or restrooms, do have a code, and to get to the code, you have to stand in line

My fiancé and I ordered two classic chicken sandwiches from here. He ate his chicken sandwich, I waited to eat mine until we got home since I’m 35 weeks pregnant and get nauseous easily. When I unwrapped my chicken sandwich, I noticed a long hair sticking out.. I grabbed it, thinking it was mine. However, it was fried into the batter.. I called and talked to a lady (I believe was the manager) named Jessica, who gladly remade our order and I was thankful. She told me to come on back and she would replace it. Which she did. By then I had lost my appetite but my fiancé ate the freshly made sandwich and said it was well made. Just make sure to check your food before eating here. This isn’t the first incident we have had with our food at this particular KFC.

Not sure what happened to KFC here. I cooked at one while in high school and now the chicken offerings across the menu seem to have declined. The chicken I cooked was crispyier, and the breading stayed on. It needs at least the skin to stay one, instead of "snap and pull" if you get my drift.
