The service that I got at KFC Westbrook is so amazing the gave me fresh breakfast is real enjoyed break wraps with free Cappy thank you KFC for always being on our side
Red headed manager was rude and forgot to put food in the bag then claimed he did and didn’t give it to me!! Rude man! Had to drive back to get half of my order then left with almost nothing!
How do you run out of mashed potatoes? Or where employees to lazy to make more? Not sure but couldn't believe it when they said they had no mashed potatoes and gravy 🙄
Old outdated chicken served for the second time. Also old foul smelling grease like it's spoiled as well as the stuff they are cooking in it.
Came here for lunch with my boyfriend and his son. I waiting about 15 mins to order even though I was the only one in line. I get if they were busy but that wasn’t the case at all. Just kept getting looked at and passed by. Then a young kid comes up to take my order. Went to go find a seat and this place is DISGUSTING!! Tables are sticky with food and sauce, you can see where stuff has been spilled, the floor is gross.. I don’t think we will be back…
