KFC

Went there, had to wait 20 some minutes for a pot pie. Was told at the end of my wait that they also didnt have the single biscuit I ordered. Like the pot pie take more minutes to cook than a biscuit. Heard the line man say they didnt have any more potatoes while I went to a seat, apparently no new mashed was made up in all that time. I was told the pot pie was hot, guess what else wasnt. *I had no chicken in a chicken pot pie. Almost 85% carrot. 1 singular chunk in the middle allowed them to call it that.

We live 40 minutes away and my mom, who can’t really get out of the house anymore due to mobility issues, wanted chicken and mac n cheese today. That being said, the worker there gave us very watery mac n cheese that didn’t smell good as well as a very small portion of mashed potatoes. Most locations completely fill the bowl up. You pay $32 for an 8 piece meal and what do you get? Watery, almost spoiled Mac n cheese and a very small portion of mashed potatoes. Very unhappy. Wont be going back any time soon, if at all. I’ve attached a photo of the Mac n cheese SOUP!! Why would you even serve that? And to make things worse, my poor Dad was kind enough to give some tip money to the person whom filled the order. (Gave us the hog slop) Sure doesn’t pay to be the nice guy these days!

I have no idea how this place is still in business. Parking lot is a hazard, the place is filthy. Half of my mobile order was missing. Chicken was soggy and cold, fries completely overcooked and tastes like they've been sitting under the heating lamp for an hour. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Why is it so hard for this place not to be a crapshoot this has never been a good KFC. The staff is rude. The place is a mess and you’re lucky if your order is ever right I don’t know why I waste my time ever trying to come here.

Was instructed by an employee outside smoking that I must put a mask on, I showed her my mask in my hand and put it on as I entered. When she came inside to take my order her mask was just on her chin not covering her mouth or nose. Only one employee that I saw was properly wearing a mask. She also forgot our large Mac and Cheese!
