Friendly, presentable and professional staff. The restaurant looked decently clean inside too. I ordered the spicy sandwich and it was delicious. Hope they’ll introduce the Zinger burger here someday soon. I would come here more often if they use healthy oils for cooking like Tallow or coconut oil instead of those ultra processed seed/vegetable oils that most fast food restaurants use.

I placed an order for eight chicken tender meals, one Famous Bowl, and one Korean Bowl. When I arrived at the KFC location for pick-up, a staff member assured me that my entire order was included. Trusting their assurance, I took the order home. However, upon reviewing the contents, I found only a single large fried chicken thigh with a biscuit in one box, and another box containing five biscuits along with the two bowls. (Order #33883847) on June 16, 2025, at 6:55 PM. When I contacted the establishment to address this issue, the staff insisted that the order was complete, despite the clear shortfall. I ordered from here months ago and it was a letdown, but I decided to give them a second chance to see if they could redeem themselves. Unfortunately, it was even worse this time. The chicken was honestly inedible—completely flavorless and so tough it felt like biting into plastic. The biscuit was rock hard and tasteless. To make matters worse, the bag of fries was so greasy/wet that the bag literally ripped open as I grabbed it. The fries themselves were soggy, wet, and incredibly bland. I won't be giving them a third chance.

Patty is an amazing employee. She gives great, genuine service. She would check up on us during our meal and was so sweet. Pay her more.

Stopped by to pick up some food for Family Dinner, Alexander and his team really wowed us with his attention to service. The food looked better than the commercials, and it tasted perfect. I couldn't believe the portions. He sold me on the brownie, and the girls loved it!! Thank you Alexander for the attention to detail and the great food. Most of all thank you for the care you took in making sure this was an incredible Experience. Will be back soon!!
