Drive-thru: I saw the person in front of me go back in cuz they 4got something. Then I also had to go back in for plates & they still 4got my butter. We were the ONLY 2 cars there. Do better KFC.
News flash kfc your not culvers!!!! I ordered a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich. I refused to pull forward as your location is never busy! I’ve witness a manager getting upset an elderly couple came into eat and she said it loud enough for my teen daughter to hear also! She said ugh go somewhere else! Stop making your customers pull forward, there’s no reason!
We thought the chicken was small as our thighs wasnt 2 bites worth. Bee going to KFC 50 years but changed to rotisserie chicken AND MISSING KFC but they don't seem to care what customers tell them for small improvements. Will go back in few months to see IF any improvements happen! So 😢
KFC is one of my favorite places to eat when I’m on the go. The KFC in Sturgis needs some love for sure. The restaurant is falling apart inside. I felt uncomfortable eating inside.
Was told my order was ready on the app and when I went to pick it up I was spoken to like an idiot! Not cool.
