Definitely not a fast food restaurant. Took them 30 mins just to get my chicken to me. Why they do not have chicken ready to be served out the door I will never know. I think there is to many you kids running these fast food places and they have not a clue on how to work in the real world.

I ordered a famous bowl without gravy combo, 3 pot pie combos and a large Mac and cheese to go. When I got home the famous bowl had gravy. I tried multiple times to call the location to report. The phone rings twice then dead line.

Was gonna try apple pie poppers. They were cold and old, was told once they sell them, they can not give a refund on the pie poppers. even though I didn't leave the store. I asked before I bought them can I get them fresh. The girl told me they were fresh. Guess what they were not. If I could score negative stars. Asked the so called manager with the star tattoos going up her neck her name she said " I DONT HAVE YO GIVE OUT THAT INFORMATION" And walked off with an attitude. WoW. My Score negative (-)5 for the cold food. Negative(-) 5 rude manager service. Overall negative score. I'd say check your food before you leave, like I did but it wouldn't matter.

Great place to eat manager isn't very nice rest of the workers are great and very nice good chicken open till 9 at night they open at 10:30 not a bad place to eat

I would give zero stars if applicable. I vowed to never go here again 6 months ago, tried again and had yet another experience that led me to cancel my order and vow to never return. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
