Customer service is always amazing! Food is made fresh. And Alyssa is always so kind and welcoming every time I come in.

* Cross posted between both restaurants * We at first came through the drive thru, but we didn't know what we wanted, so we told them it'd be a minute. Then, spontaneously, their "system went down" and they asked us to go inside and order. Before we were even out of the drive thru they had someone putting a sign out to close the drive thru. When we came in, all of the employees were standing at the front staring at me and my family. The man I can only assume is the manager sighed heavily as we came in, but then tried to make conversation with me by mentioning that he likes the Beatles (I was wearing a Beatles shirt at the time). I ordered KFC food. My sister ordered A&W food. I ordered the classic spicy chicken sandwich, and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes were

We ordered 4 biscuits and they were hard as a rock. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and they were like 2 day old chicken and only a drop of sauce. We ordered it to go and if we weren't going to Wyoming I would have taken the food back and demanded my money back!!!

Outstanding service and attention to detail by young Winnie at the Roy A&W. Boss Alisha was also excellent. Great food and personal service will be on the typical fast food experience. Keep up the good work.

I enjoyed my meal here. The gal at the register was very nice and prompt. My food came out hot and my root beer float was perfect. I observed the cooks in the back wearing gloves and the place is clean. Good job. I would suggest updating the parking lot is all.
