KFC

I went through the drive-thru, picking up a bucket o' chicken. The food was still hot when I got home about 15 - 20 minutes later. Attendant was friendly. Food was good. KFC is doing much better with green beans nowadays. Stop by if you want some chicken.

Check your bag if you use drive-thru before you pull off and the drive-thru is small so if your in a good size truck i would park and go inside better service inside anyways

Good general KFC location that has been rebuilt and modernized consistently. The decor just screams eat more chicken! Food is always good, but can be a bit slow based upon traffic flow.

The service was beyond horrible. I get that this occurred on a Sunday, and KFC was swamped. There is no excuse to focus more on the drive thru orders and ignore in store orders and door dash orders. The door dash orders mostly go to the hospital for staff members who only get an alotted amount of time for a lunch break. While the order was correct, it should NOT have taken 45 minutes to fill! Even after receiving a notification that the order was completed, I was told "hmm I don't know why it does that, it's going to be a while longer" - the order was not a huge order, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff members were beyond rude and inconsiderate as well.

With four cars in front of mine it literally took twenty minutes to get my food. I requested original but got crispy chicken. So forecasting food during peak hours isn’t KFCs thing? As I eat my food the chicken is warm at best. The staff were excruciatingly slow, I don’t blame them but 110% blame the management and owners. During these times (covid) fast food establishments should be hitting on all cylinders! Why you may ask, they don’t have customers in the lobby, they don’t have to clean, restock, clean. Oh and when the lobby’s do open I’d better see PRISTINE sitting areas. You all had a year to clean up! Oh and if you have a larger suv or truck be prepared to lose some paint leaving the narrow drive thru!
