KFC

The lady who took my order was extremely rude & kept cutting me off before I could choose what I wanted. Girl at the window was very sweet. As I pulled up to the window I watched the same lady taking orders grabbing food with her bare hands and tossing orders around.

Great place service could be better but the said they don't get any mystery shoppers lil they know.

I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and asked the lady to slow down because she was talking to fast so she slowed down very slow motion like with an attitude…. I ordered kfc sauce and got bbq I got no butter for the biscuit and also no fries…… this isn’t the first time I experienced rudeness here needless to say I won’t be stopping there again….

We ordered 12 pc meal along with 1 of the sides was mashed potatoes with gravy. Only got 10 pieces of chicken and no gravy for the mashed potatoes. Since we ordered to go, we did not realize we did not get what we ordered. Chicken was very greasy. Not happy!

Walked in for and order to go. First the lady was grumpy and rude. She stuffed all my food into a paper bag that couldn’t close. When I ask for a plastic one she was not pleased. Also no napkins and I had to make my own spoon. You would think $30.00 for food you would get a spoon. Next time I will go to a dinner.
