my husband and i love coming to kfc in portage cause it’s quick, cheap, yummy, and Scott!! Scott is the most friendly guy, such positive energy, HAPPY to serve you, communicative, and we have NEVER gotten even the slightest mess up with an order from him! it’s always such a delight to hear his voice in the drive thru and we’re always so excited to go hoping that we see Scott!

I'd literally give 10 stars if I could. The cashier is awesome. They were busy, and had to wait for a bit, but who cares. Food was great and the employees are awesome.

Scott is the most friendly, courteous, and humorous employee I have found at any KFC! I wish I lived in Portage, just to have him brighten my day. He's truly one of a kind. Thanks Scott, for treating others the way you want to be treated. So, to add to this story, I wanted to give Scott the biggest tip I've ever given anyone at a fast food place. I handed him $100. Scott was in shock...until his supervisor walked up to him and said he couldn't accept it. She was super sweet, and had tears in her eyes. She told us their manager said they cannot accept tips. What!?!? Everywhere accepts tips! That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Do you want your employees to get more money, or less money? It's not a trick question. KFC, please switch the policy or switch the manager/owner. Take care of y

A very rude manager. Went up to ask for honey and she said "I told you we are waiting on your fries and wedges" It just wasn't a great experience. Food was good though

Staff So great. Food was good. Fair prices. Will return soon.
