KFC

My husband asked for four biscuits. The lady with brown hair and glasses working 9/23/25 at 4:30pm im assuming a manager but not sure. She said we dont have that many and goes back to count and I see here count out 5 biscuits and then tell my husband we only have two left. Then she gives the other three biscuits to the guy in line behind us whom didnt even order yet, so im assuming she knew him. Thats how you treat customers?

Ordered a box with 12 breaded nuggets. Got 2 chicken tenders cut up instead. Wasnt aware until we got home and couldn't go back. Absolute disgrace. Of course no one answers the phone either.

We ordered a drink and mattys bowl and an original bowl, they didn't tell us there was no ice, gave a full cup of soda warm no ice, the Matty bowls french fries were soggy along with the 4 pcs of chicken, tasted old, worst lunch I have ever had

Went out of the way to get my birthday lunch from KFC. Ordered food and asked for bbq sauce at the speaker, got my food, ask for bbq sauce again, am told it's in the bag, drove away, realize they forgot my drink, turn around to get the drink. Drive 40min home...they forgot the bbq sauce.

Chicken was soggy and gross. Staff couldn't be bothered with doing their job they were all in the back fooling around and talking. I felt like I was bothering them when I put in my order or asked a question. My order is wrong every single time. Also the place smells like a dirty mop. Not just from 1 visit I have gone to this location a few different times thinking it will be different and maybe gotten better. I will waste my money at other places where at least the staff is friendly enough to make up for the terrible food
