KFC

I am 87 yrs old and have tried 3 times to use the ordering on line...What a laugh that has been...I will try no more. Don't try to blame my age....Phyllis Anderson

Did an order on the app asked for extra crispy when I got to the restaurant to pick up my order was told they did not have extra crispy and would be 20 to 30 minutes so decided to just take original recipe got it home and the legs are like wings really small not happy.

I ate in and I was very pleased🥰 Place looks very clean, staff was nice and attentive and the food taste was perfect. Also I liked the hand dryer.

I got door dash and I ordered a famous bowl but it has no corn at all!!! Well tried again and this time I give up on kfc this makes me very upset there is hardly any chicken....

Hey, KFC! Can you please add an applesauce button? My family of 5 had dinner at your Oskaloosa, IA location this weekend. Two of my kids ordered the 3 pcs tender combo and asked for applesauce as their side. They were told they can't have that because there isn't a button. Only the kids menu has applesauce as a side selection. The cashier even turned around to ask the meal prep person if there was a button. She confirmed there was not. I guess it would have been to much to ask for her to verbally request applesauce as the side so, can you please add an applesauce button? Sincerely, All applesauce lovers not ordering off the kids menu (2 stars for the number of applesauces we didn't get)
