KFC

Online order. First one I have made. App said it’s ready but went in to pick it up and it’s not ready? I I scheduled the time for 20 mins out. They haven’t got to it yet. Why tell me it’s ready if it’s not? Spoofing the times? It’s a guess based on pickup time not of its really ready. Sodas are out of order. Clean inside. Has a drive thru. Six people waiting for their orders also. Almost 5 pm so a bit busy. Maybe short handed. About a 15 min extra wait.

Food was great as always. Got order to go that included unsweetened iced tea. It was awful. Tasted like bad faucet water. No flavor whatsoever!

KFC has long been a favorite of mine. I remember dad bringing home a couple of buckets when I was a kid. One extra crispy and one original. Now I enjoy the famous bowl.

KFC has become too expensive for the quality of food they’re offering. It used to be one of my favorite places to go with my grandparents, but it has changed a lot over the years and sadly no longer feels worth the price.

I like the updated decor inside. It's much more inviting. This restaurant is clean and fresh. The restrooms are kept clean as well. However, I don't like the crazy price increases. Holy cow! The 2 piece meal that used to be the $5 fill up now costs almost $10 without the cookie and only 1 side instead of two. Also, is KFC substituting Cornish game hen for actual chicken? The pieces are laughably small. The drumstick was about the size of my pointer finger. I swear the sides are smaller too. It used to be that the box was full. Now everything is rattling around loose in there. I'd say KFC has crossed the borderline where there isn't enough food value for the money spent. I can't afford to spend $10 and still walk away hungry.
