KFC

We were the only customers in there and waited for 30 minutes for two chicken sandwiches. On top of that, the manager was very rude about the pop machine not working. I cannot believe that this place has not burnt to the ground yet with the collective of workers they have in there. I have more faith in a kindergarten class to operate this establishment.

Was in drive on Sunday night 6 pm waiting 10 minutes at speaker to give order. Pulled up behind 3 cars. By time I got to window it was now 6 30. No one at window but could see worker take orders in empty dining room for takeout. Still noone filling orders. When worker came I asked why it took 30 min and abruptly shut the window. I asked an older lady who came and she said we fill orders in order they are taken. I said in 30 minutes I saw him take 10 orders but I was there 1st. Finally another 10 min she brought my food and I told her I person shouldn't have to do drive and take out orders and filling orders. She said workers don't want to work. When I drove off it was now 6 50. What is going on with newton kfc that makes people not work there. Several cars behind me pulled out o

I waited at least 20 min before I could order then I waited at he window for 10 min before I was acknowledged and my money was takin and he shut the window before I could pay for my 2nd order. That took another 25min, i had to wait because i have paid for my order at this point, Then when it was time to pay for my second order it took another 10 min... this was the longetst wait and I was still missing a taco and a drink... total of drive visit was 65 min

My husband and I stopped while traveling, with the intention of getting something quick, on the go. While waiting for our food, we witnessed an employee touch his face/eyes with his gloved hand and the computer screen, then go back to touching food. A man came in after us to order food, and got his order before we did. At that point we decided to just get a refund as it had been around the 20 minute mark. The other turtle working said that they were waiting on tenders for our order. It was around 5:30pm. Also, while placing the order, I asked for BBQ sauce. The order taker told me to "remind" her, as "there's a lot going on back here." My husband said the men's restroom was atrocious.

Would have rates it 0 stars if I could. It is combined with a Taco Bell so extra long drive thru line. Waited 30 minutes in line and they didn’t have my order in their system. Do not recommend.
