On several occasions at this location, they ask me to pull up and park. Either because they are out of chicken or biscuits. This particular occasion, they parked me to wait for chicken but didn’t disclose they couldn’t fulfill a 12 piece meal because they were short on breasts. Only to find when I got home that I received 1 breast in a 12 piece meal. I called and the young lady who answered didn’t offer me the 2 breasts I was missing, I had to let her know to write my name down because I would be coming back to pick them up. Service is not up to par at this location.

This was my first visit to the Nashville location. The restaurant was very clean. I know it's a fairly new establishment. The cashier, Jamiyah, gave the nicest greeting with the prettiest smile. She did great taking the order. I have to commend Jamiyah on her work. She cleaned the tables, mopped the floors, changed the garbage, and took orders. All with a smile. She even came by the table to make sure everything was okay. Thanks for a great experience.

Chicken cold and greasy. Paid $30 and my family couldn’t eat it. Had good experience ordering individual meals but it seems bucket orders are not given the same attention. Will not be going back after multiple chances.

Just went through the drive through. Ordered extra crispy and got plain. Very poor customer service.

This location is the epitome of disappointment. The workers stand behind the counter and ignore customers pointing to the kiosk. They are rude and dismissive. Definitely one of the most disappointing establishments.
