KFC

Disappointed with my visit inside. Started off being out the pot pie. No big deal. So I asked if they had a two piece chicken meal. And they said yes. I sat patiently for15 minutes and went to the counter and asked about my meal. And was told I’m waiting for chicken. I sat down for 7 minutes more and then asked for a refund. I was told I can’t have a refund and my order would be ready a minute and a half. Still waited longer. And I informed the manager about the black mold spots on the ice machine. She told me that happens around wet stuff. Very disappointing. You can see mold on the stainless above the ice dispenser. Also didn’t have macaroni and cheese or bbq sauce.

This is no longer a KFC. It is now a "Texas Churches Chicken" just ordered and haven't tried it yet. The exhaust hood was so strong it took both hands and a hard yank to open the door. It was 1 hour before closing time and there was Only 1 person in the dining room when we arrived. The tables were dirty, my wife had to clean one with hand cleaner. Upon receiving our food it was packaged to go. We had to ask for paper boats to eat out of as well as forks. We found the chicken dried out and stringy. A large pile of chicken was on the warming table in the back which explains the sorry state of the chicken. Mashed potatoes had the gravy pre mixed in the container. The slaw and the biscuits were good. No butter packets and asked for honey and received 2 and told that was all in the store. Salt

What a rip off for the quantity of food you get. I purchased 2 sides (1 cole slaw) and (1 mashed potatoes) 3.99 each side. These 2 sides were an addition to my Nashville hot 3 pc meal. ---total bill was 19.50 -----please look to why a person would be steaming hot about paying this price for the meal received. Photo is posted for your review- KFC leadership should know this is not going to win people business. Best advice do not go to KFC for a single meal - only come here when feeding 3 or more because their family packs are fairly priced but gouge you for a single meal

BEWARE!! This is NOT KFC its Churches Chicken and a bunch of kids was working here the night I showed up BEWARE!! Order was wrong and definitely did NOT taste like KFC!! Very disappointed...

SUMMARY: Decent food with bad service in an unclean, new building. Food: Good. Just what you'd expect from KFC. Nothing spectacular, but good. Service: Very bad. No one else was in the restaurant. The young man who took our order did not want to sell me the sampler. He said he didn't like putting together the box it comes in. So we chose another menu item. There were three of us eating there for lunch. Filled our drinks and tried to find a seat. Every table was dirty. I went to the front to ask for a cleaning towel and the young man said he hadn't gotten around to cleaning the tables and didn't know where a cleaning towel was. I found some napkins and used the water from the soda machine to clean off our table and seats. When the food came, he only had 2 of the 3 meals. Min
