Never again. We ordered and had the food delivered. We were missing several items and, when I called to get it amended, they refused to send us the missing items. When I pressed them (I feel that if someone makes a mistake it’s their responsibility to fix it), the guy just hung up on me. I don’t patronize any business that doesn’t back up their product, so…never again.

Best customer service I seen in years. The place was very clean including the bathroom. And the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Y'all go see Mark and D

Came to Minot to drop my friends off at the airport, we only had time to grab food from a drive through, and decided to go to this KFC across from the airport. Ordered 3 sandwich meals and 2 single sandwiches. We waited in our car in front for 25 minutes for our order , there were no other customers went into the store or through the drive through while we were waiting. 25 minutes later I went into the store, and the staff handed my food to me, I feel like it was easier for us to do a dine in. Didn’t had time to double check our order, so we rushed to the airport and find out we were missing a sandwich and a fry , and got wrong orders of drinks. Went through drive through...was told be with me in one minute....no line no people inside....after a few minutes a worker gets outta there car walks in says sorry bout the wait

Walked in to order food at 7:50pm and the woman behind the counter announced to the room at 8pm on the dot that the dining room is now closed and walked off. It says no where on their front sign that this is the case it says they are open until 9pm. They packed our food to go and forgot several items in the bag. We should have checked but were made to feel uncomfortable at being in the restaurant. Terrible communication and customer service. I am not impressed. Does the dining room actually close at 8 or are these employees just not wanting to work? You really have this woman like a town cryer announcing no more guests every night?
