Ordered pot pie & 12 piece chicken. Pot Pie tasted like flour. Chicken dry and way over cooked. I ate the pot pie, because I had nothing else. The chicken is not eatable!! Waste of $40!
I ordered a medium fry from KFC for $3.10 and they gave me old, stale fries. That’s all I ordered, and they couldn’t even get something that simple right. Fries should be fresh, not cold and hard. Very disappointing. I’ll never go back.
I was traveling and visited this location on 8/7/25, my wife and I love KFC. The young man who took my order was very nice. I ordered a three peice dinner dark from the menu with two sides plus an order for my wife. We waited about 15 minutes, and I thought I would get a nice fresh order but when it come I got three legs that seemed to be stale. My wife's chicken straps were hot and fresh but my order had been on the warmer for a time by the way it looked and tasted. I told the young man who took my order that I didn't expect to get three legs, he said would like something else and I said I would at the least like to get a thigh. His posture told me that he didn't want to do it but he said okay reluctantly. Well I waited another 15 minutes while my wife finished her meal and I inquired abo
Every time I get something from this place it’s always a problem. I just ordered a chicken sandwich they put no sauce on it. Ordered a famous bowl they literally gave me 3 pieces of chicken fat. Plus I have to beg for sauce. Ain’t that much saving in the world.
I made an order online and the pickup time was scheduled for 5:50. Upon arrival the order was not ready at the scheduled time. The food was fresh and hot. I appreciate that. They were not busy when I arrived. I did see co-workers and managers hanging outside of the establishment, maybe they were getting off or coming into work. Not sure. This place has not been here long so I hope we can make sure customers are waiting properly and make sure orders are accurate. Why does Marion have a KFC full of people who dont care about making sure the food is fresh and hot? Smh
