I was at this restaurant on 2/5/2026 to order double mash meal. When I pulled up to the window the lady working threw both bags of food to me and didn’t say a word. I noticed that one of the bags had mashed potatoes and gravy in it and it was everywhere. The lady said there is nothing they can do. I don’t suggest anyone come to this establishment to purchase food for the lack of customer service and care.

My order was placed online. Waited on the order 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and this was after they finally located my order after being given my order #. They frustrated my boyfriend who picked the order up so bad that he left without completely checking the bag. When he asked them for condiments, they said they didn't have honey barbeque sauce that goes with the nuggets i purchased. The chicken breasts were under cooked, and after all of that not one biscuit in the bag. The cashiers, cooks, and manager is very unprofessional. This location is terrible. I feel like they don't care about reviews because nothing is going to be done about the issues.

I can clearly understand why this particular restaurant doesn't have great reviews. I placed a mobile order. When I pulled to the drive thru, it wasn't ready so I was advised to pull forward to the line. Not a big deal because I had just placed it. Twenty minutes after the order was placed, i'm still sitting at the line. Waiting for my food.....Literally, six cars had gone through the drive through that ordered after me at the restaurant. So I angrily turned the car off. Go inside and my food is sitting on the counter and everybody in the restaurant is standing around looking stupid. It's diabolical to place in order in the mobile app when I could have just ordered at the microphone and gotten my food right away. My son received a gift card for Christmas so we tried again. It was definitely much better than my previous experience!! I placed the order online and went to pick it up. The staff was pleasant! I did have to go in as they forgot a few items when they brought the order to my car, but I was more satisfied this time! Thanks for the improvement!! I placed an order online and paid for it. When I got to the restaurant to pick up my order the person at the drive-thru window said we're closed! It was 6:00pm EST! I couldn't cancel the order to get a refund! I tried reaching out to there so called corporate office regarding a refund for an order that I never received and I'm being told they can't refund me! So I'm just out $26 and still had to find something else to feed my children! I will never g

I am not sure why this restaurant has that their hours are Monday through Thursday from 10:30 AM till 11 PM when I pull up at 9:30 and they’re telling people they’re closed. Either changed the hours of operation or stay open for the amount of time that you are supposed to stay open. What a horrible organization. I’m confident that the management team is running this place into ground and they just recently opened.
