Mr. Chicken

I ordered eighty wings for a 120.00 dollars from Mr. Chicken in Maple Heights, for a baby shower that started at 2pm for pick up at 11 am!! The chicken was absolutely disgusting!! It was cold, old and soggy, you could tell it wasn't freshly fried and my husband thought it was probably leftover from the night before!! I wouldn't be surprised if it was, and I'll never, ever order from them again!!

I usually go there to grab a chicken thigh and fried okra for a yummy treat. Today I was excited to see they have fried green tomatoes! The fried green tomatoes were a disappointment 🫣. Maybe my expectations were too high. ***Update!!!! I got a fried chicken thigh and a small fried okra from Mr. Chicken today 3/20/25 at around 4:30p (the one in Maple Hts., on Warrensville Center Rd.) It was sooooo, oooo good🙂‍↕️, to the point, I felt like nothing after that is going to taste right to me anymore. 🤔 Afterwards I headed to Marc’s to stock up on some stuff. I finished the food in the parking lot at Marc’s. I ate all the crumbs out the box and the bag🫣. I sat there for a bit, and cussed a little🥴. I literally searched my lap and shirt, to see if I dropped some crumbs. None! I looked

I have come to this location often, never had a terrible experience. Maybe more with the food. Today I had an exceptional encounter with Shanna and Terrance were very professional and kind. Keep it up guys!

This Mr Chicken has mix reviews. When the A Team is working it's excellent service and food. When it's the B- to C team oh well. Especially on Wednesday you might have a better chance on other days.

Horrible service the young lady at the window has zero customer service skills NONE AT ALL ... My fries that came with my meal were disgusting taste like dirty grease and the famous coleslaw not that famous TODAY 🤮 I'm not from Cleveland a family member reccomend this restaurant wrong choice. The sandwich was good for that I'll try again just not at this location (maple heights) on warrensville Rd. 🎯
