KFC

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, i have nothing but respect for fast food workers. that being said, whoever was making food tonight at 8pm should genuinely never make anything ever again for their entire life, and i mean this with the utmost sincerity. never touch a food item for the rest of your life, brother. received the most disgusting wrap filled with what had to be half a bottle of hot sauce and missing basically every other ingredient, just smothered all over the entire tortilla. it's not even edible.

The family was in the mood for chicken and KFC for the most part was our only option. Was a little nervous by the low rating but had a hungry wife and kids in a hotel room and it was getting late and things were closing. When I got there the sign on the door said they were short staffed and it would help if customers used the kiosk. Which is totally fine with me appreciate the heads up. Went in and even though short staffed the place was very clean and in order. Always a good sign! I put my order in from the kiosk and just took a seat. Everyone was busy putting orders together. When one of the employees caught eye contact with me she smiled said hello and asked if I was Erik waiting for my order I said yes. Food came out in a pretty reasonable time and I was on my way. No Mikes Hot Honey? Fine, I'll do it myself. First time going to a KFC in years, possibly decades, so I was a little excited to see how I felt about their new menu and offerings. Ordered online going with a Dunk It Bucket 2-piece, a "Mikes Hot Honey" chicken sandwich, a Chicken Little, and the Taste of KFC 4-piece. All together coming to just over $32, which I though was super reasonable for so much food. Mind you nI placed my order well in advance, so the staff had plenty of time to know if they had Mike's Hot Honey on hand. However when I arrived hours later to pickup at the requested time, I find out that they had not prepared the chicken sandwich as they were all out of Mike's. No phone call or anything to see if I wanted something different, but that's fine, I had an idea. So I get

I ordered 4 piece tenders, two bone-in breasts, fries, mashed potato dippers and biscuits. They forgot my gravy for the dippers. Everything else was not fresh. They must have been sitting there since noon. Tenders were cold and rubbery. Fries were soggy and salty. The chicken breast itself was ok. I ended up throwing my stuff away because it was inedible. This was at 4pm. No wait and four people working. There's no excuse for food to be like this.

Completely terrible was promised over and over again once they separated from Taco Bell that it was going to be better had issues with food was told that it was going to be replaced went today to get it replaced and they refused!!! I will never ever return here again! You have officially lost my business need to hire more staff and ones that can get orders correct!
