Eggs on the Run is a breakfast gem in Malta, New York that consistently impresses with its excellent food and amazing coffee. The quality of the meals is top-notch, and the huge portions ensure you start your day fully satisfied. The fun environment and really nice patio make it a delightful place to enjoy a morning meal. Initially, I thought this was just an ice cream place, but it's way more than that. It's an experience for the whole family, a place where memories are made over delicious breakfasts. Moreover, the owner, Doug, is an amazing guy with a great story. His dedication and passion have truly turned this place around. I had missed Breakfast so I was happy to visit the pumpkin festival in the park next store to this Eggs OTR truck. Ordered Bacon egg and cheese on a roll. It came with a side of tater tots. Egg sandwich was stuffed with at least 3 eggs bacon was delicious and it was topped off with a garlic aoli ( mayo but lighter) typically I would add Ketchup to my breakfast sammy but I held off. But when I go back I will bring my Heinz with me just to taste the difference. Sandwich was huge as was side of tater tots. Which was good because the 4 Family members with me all tucked in to my Tots. Did I mention they were fresh hot and delicious, well they were. Truck is definitely worth the stop. Was definitely a big Breakfast next time I might try something a smaller entre but same sized tater tots.

I've visited the Eggs On The Run food truck in Malta several times, and also the Cookies-N-Cream ice cream stand at the site.. If you haven't been there yet I would suggest you try it. The breakfast sandwiches are REALLY good, and the coffee is great also. The patio is a great place to eat and relax on a nice summer day, and they've done a really nice job in decorating the tables as an added touch. There's also picnic tables on the lawn in the back where the ice cream stand is. Overall, just a really nice atmosphere with great food. Oh, and by the way, in my opinion the ice cream stand on the premises offers the best ice cream around, with a large variety of offerings.

I love me some breakfast sandwiches so I was more than excited to try Eggs on the Run while up in Matla. The set-up is great. Its a food truck that has ample seating, and a really nice atmosphere. Bring the kids and they can play games in the back, or sit out front on the patio and enjoy the coffee and good food! The breakfast sandwich I had was amazing. I had sausage and egg on mine and the sausage was sooooo good! Overall, its now one of my favorite places to get breakfast and coffee! The staff are all super friendly and brought our food out back to us when it was ready. Definitely check it out if you haven't been!

I’ve been to eggs on the run multiple times. Particularly love the ham and egg sandwich on brioche, but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Outdoor seating area is beautiful and dog friendly.
