KFC

Horrible, dry, seemed like 2 day old chicken and biscuit. Monday, March 2, 2026. Just picked up an order to go. I live 15 minutes away, each way. Honestly, the worst KFC ever. I have not had the best of luck at the Ludlow location however, this is by far the extreme. The biscuit was literally uneatable (hard as a rock, dry and burnt). And the chicken was the same. It seemed like it was left over from another day and reheated over and over several times. The order cost $30. Outrageous, considering the total lack of quality control. How they could be in business is shocking. You've been warned!

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it’s consistently disappointing. Even when ordering ahead through the KFC app, the wait is regularly 30+ minutes, which I’ve learned to accept. However, today was the last straw. Part of my order wasn’t available, and instead of helping resolve it, the manager was rude and refused to engage with us. He just told us to “deal with it through the app” and walked away, leaving the poor cashier to figure it out on her own. She was very kind and genuinely tried to help, but couldn’t process the refund. After multiple attempts to sort it out, we were told they “aren’t supposed” to issue refunds because the app is supposedly “third party,” even though it’s their own official app. It wasn’t until another manager came in during shift change and called

I Am so mad right now… this meal was absolutely discussing and concerning. Old fries, old chicken oily as … ! My money went straight to the trash. The flavor on it was the worst part, can’t get rid of it. . I love KFC but this one ☝🏼 uh uh. Clean those fryers. Change that oil more often.

Staff not overly friendly and they never have any food. I always have to wait so long especially for biscuits, and don't even try to get a pot pie.

Horric food. Just got home to eat. Biscuit hard as rock and chicken tenders that have that grease dark brown color. You know it's been in the bin and then reheated. The window person new dame well she was victimizing me with old food. I won't be back.
