Poor customer service on multiple occasions along with ordering items that they don't even have on 2 separate trips! They don't give refunds so once you order something they don't have your just screwed out of your money

We ordered the chicken tender combo meal with cole slaw and biscuit, and a side order of fries for $26. Service was fast, friendly, and accurate. Piped music was awful and too loud. Cole slaw was great, but the chicken tenders were salty and over-cooked. The fries, what few there were for $3.99, tasted like fish! This meal reminded us why we don't go to KFC anymore. Take your money elsewhere. Your taste buds will thank you.

Walked in and the whole place was covered in grease. Some employees were hanging around in the back but it was basically a ghost town. Took one look at the mess behind the counter and left. I don’t have time for food poisoning this weekend. That place is on borrowed time.

Usually I only stick to the tenders, but I was talked into trying the potpie. KFC LaVale, this is unacceptable. Cracked into the shell to find 90% of the guts are missing. Partner told me not to bother calling because the potpies are usually a toss-up lately for filled or empty. Did the macaroni and cheese sauce recipe change? Both of ours was putrid tasting. Either is was spoiled or it was spoiled...and this was at 7pm. Spent 30$ on a meal we pretty much couldn't eat or didn't get half of. Going to be a while before we are willing to try again.

Im normally a drive through customer but I decided to stop in and do a lil review of the operation. I can say things are not looking great in a few spots from cobwebs around dring area. To poetically trip hazards in the kitchen due to patch work flooring. The staff are making accurate orders and friendly from what ive seen every time I made eye contact I was greeted with a smile back thats 😊
