KFC

Well I see why there's no one at this restaurant. The drive thru woman was very condescending because I called her out for ringing up the 2pc individually and she told me next time verify that I want the combo but common sense would've told you I wanted the combo if I ordered a drink and mashed potatoes and her excuse was well we have multiple 2 PC orders..... but gave me the exact thing that I ordered because only one combo on the menu says 2pc...didn't ask if I wanted the chicken tenders or any of the other two piece combos because you knew better. The food was fresh though. Atleast the cooks know what they're doing.

Good food but you gta make sure they give you everything or not smash your chicken in the bucket.

I just pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a two piece original with a biscuit. The girl said that they had no original ready and it would be a 10 minute wait. So I said that I would wait. I told her that I had a second order for a two piece white crispy and she said that they didn’t have any crispy ready either and it would be 20 wait. I told the guy at the window that I would be calling corporate about this ordeal. He told me that it wouldn’t do any good because they are a franchise. This KFC is always having customer service issues. If I didn’t live here I would’ve stopped in Louisville to get some thing to eat.

They were pulling themselves together about a year, year and a half ago, but they haven't been able to make even acceptable let alone good, chicken for months, avoid at all costs. I had to throw out the food I got tonight it was so bad

First, I want to say they had a sign that said they were short staffed (which is usually a sign of poor management), so I tried to take it easy on them. DRIVE THRU I waited at least 10 minutes, listening to a speaker box that was making an awful clicking noise, before I was greeted by an employee. Once given the okay by the employee, placing my order was quick and easy. I pulled up to the window, paid, was given drinks, and asked to pull next to the cardboard dumpster and wait for my order, the wings on my order required extra cooking time. After 13 minutes of waiting I called the store just to be sure they remembered we were out here. They said they just pulled the wings up and would be out in a minute. They brought out the bags and quickly walked away. All of our items were there b
