KFC

For some reason, decided to door dash KFC. Wrong decision. Ordered a 12 piece bucket of legs and thighs (my girls like legs). Delivered with 3 thighs and 4 wings. The sides were correct, but lol, $60 for a 12 piece bucket of thighs and legs... Got 3 thighs and 4 legs. Haha... Never again.

I cannot believe this. I. bought here twice and it's still freaking the same thing. THEY DO NOT COOK THE CHICKEN RIGHT. IT IS STILL PINK INSIDE. The first time, we got food poisoned from it. TRIED CALLING THEM BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING. NO ONE AT ALL. I COULDN'T COME BACK BECAUSE I WAS AT WORK. I ONLY WENT TO PICK IT UP ON MY BREAK. The second time is after prolly 1 year so I thought it would change it BUT IT IS STILL THE SAME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I NEED TO REPORT THIS TO THE HIGHER UP. PLS PLS PLS

Ordered online. Picked up. Got home and only received half the order, which some was cold and overcooked. Called repeatedly and no one answered. Had to drive back up to the store to try to get the rest of our order. Then try to reheat the first part so that our family could actually eat dinner. Person at window spoke 0 English and was rude in tone. No customer service.

I've been going to this KFC location for years. Always been hit/miss but honestly, the last few years it's been on point till recently. The last 5 orders were all a mix of mobile and onsite orders.....ALL of them wrong in multiple ways. From completely providing the wrong food ordered to no condiments as requested. I've tried my best to refrain from having to post this but ultimately, I've given plenty of chances and they've failed miserably. I'm done.

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered our food and drinks which consisted of the Chicken Pot Pie combo that came with a drink and apple pie sticks (or whatever they are called). Got home with no apple pie desserts, very weak sweet tea and awful tasting root beer. Never again!!
