KFC

I went there 2 weeks ago with my husband while visiting the area. We live in France, where KFC is really bad, so I always want to have some good fried chicken when we are in the US. I read the bad reviews and decided to try this KFC anyway (no other choice, it's the only one!). We were pleasantly surprised, it was very clean, the staff was friendly and the food was pretty good 👍. I don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews!

I’ve had countless experiences with this location and they’ve all been great. The pot pies, fill up boxes, and chicken fried steak specials were really good. Clean place. Friendly staff.

We placed an online order, but due to my husband’s work schedule, he wasn’t able to pick it up until about an hour later. When we arrived, we asked the manager if the food could be remade since it had been sitting for so long. He agreed to remake everything except the bucket of chicken we got through the rewards program. He claimed he couldn’t remake it because it would come out of his paycheck—which doesn’t make sense to me. I’m the one who paid for the food, so I don’t understand how that would affect his pay. It honestly felt more like an excuse not to remake it. The chicken was cold and unappetizing after sitting for an hour, and the rest of the food wasn’t much better. Really disappointing experience. We won’t be back.
