My wife went through here earlier today, ordered a large sweet tea, got a small instead, ordered potato wedges, got mashed potatoes and gravy instead. After having to repeat the entire order, we ordered a biscuit on the side, it was just burnt as hell. Apparently listening to a timer on an oven is too much to ask. basically the only thing made correctly, was my chicken, which I didn't eat. The only thing I ate from here was a loss of money and went somewhere else for a meal. Worthless.

Went to get the twister because I used to love it back in the day. This location made it wrong. It was half unfilled, completely floppy, and missing tomatoes. Sadly ruined the experience. Otherwise service was friendly.

Chicken was over done and dry. I was missing two orders of fries. I did not get the bbq or ranch sauce that I picked with my order. I ordered Mike’s hot honey tenders they were plain. No napkins. No utensils for the 4 orders of mashed potatoes. Last time I waste $60 of my hard earned money at this place who obviously doesn’t care about their quality or customer service.

The place is clean, and the food is well prepared. It's a pleasant spot to have lunch or dinner. Special thanks for the TVs that play funny videos — they keep my kids entertained, which gives me some quiet time to enjoy my meal. One issue I’d like to point out: please fix the water faucets in the bathrooms. The water comes out scorching hot from both taps, and it’s literally burning kids' hands. This needs urgent attention for safety.

The people were very nice but it took a long time to get our meal because there were no biscuits available for 15 minutes or so. The food was delicious when we got it. We were offered a roll but we turned it down to wait for a biscuit. That took longer than the 15 minutes we were told and we thought we would get our food soon and then get the biscuit later. Even later I had to go back up to ask for our food and then still had to wait.
